'HomeFixzy,' 'we,' 'our,' or 'us' refers to HomeFixzy LLC. The term 'you,' 'your,' 'the client,' or 'user' refers to the user of our services or viewer of our website.

  • The content of this website is for explaining our home services and is subject to change without notice.
  • We use cookies to monitor browsing preferences. Allowing cookies means personal information may be stored by us.

  • HomeFixzy acts as a platform connecting you with verified home service professionals.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
  • No partnership or agency is created through these Terms.

4. Our Services

HomeFixzy provides a platform for booking various home services including but not limited to:

  • Handyman services
  • AC repair & installation
  • Painting services
  • Home appliances repair
  • Water tank cleaning

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Service fees are non-refundable unless there's a company-caused violation.
  • We may update pricing by posting changes on our website with 10 days' notice (except for temporary promotions).
  • Payment methods include credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) and cash in AED.
  • Credit card pre-authorization may be required prior to service.

6. Service Professionals

  • We verify service professionals through background checks but users should exercise normal caution.
  • HomeFixzy isn't liable for unlawful acts by service professionals.
  • Clients agree to hold HomeFixzy harmless for damages or missing items during/after service.

7. Cancellations

  • Cancellations require minimum 6 hours notice in writing to support@homefixzy.com
  • Late cancellations may incur up to AED 100 administrative fee.

8. Quality Assurance

We conduct quality checks through:

  • Unannounced visits to verify proper service execution
  • On-site inspections during service
  • Follow-up calls after service completion

9. Reporting Issues

  • Damaged items: Report within 24 hours
  • Missing/stolen items: Report within 48 hours

10. General

  • Users must be 18+ to transact on our website.
  • These Terms are governed by UAE laws.
  • We may communicate via WhatsApp, SMS, email for confirmations and updates.
  • Refunds are processed through original payment method.
